Yogurt Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

1 egg

100 g sugar

100 g plain unsweetened yogurt

50 g oil

300 g flour

50 g dark chocolate chips

8 g baking powder

1 vanilla sugar

For preparation, you will need:

A drop of oil to shape the dough without sticking to your hands

Granulated sugar to taste

A few chocolate drops for the top (optional)

Preparation:

In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the egg, oil, and sugar.

Then add the flour, baking powder, and vanilla.

Add the chocolate chips and form a smooth dough.

Shape the cookies and roll them in the sugar.

Bake at 180°C for 15/20 minutes.
