## Ingredients

### For the Dough:
– 300g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
– 1 egg
– 45g (1/4 cup) granulated sugar
– Pinch of salt
– 7g dry yeast (about 1 packet)
– 140ml (3/5 cup) warm milk
– 40g (1/4 cup) softened butter

### For Decoration:
– Whipped cream
– Strawberries, chopped
– Powdered sugar

## Instructions

### Step 1: Prepare the Yeast Mixture
1. **Mix Yeast and Milk:** In a medium bowl, stir together 45g of sugar, 7g of dry yeast, and 140ml of warm milk until the yeast is dissolved.

### Step 2: Make the Dough
2. **Whisk in the Egg:** Add 1 egg to the yeast mixture and whisk until combined.
3. **Add Dry Ingredients:** In a large mixing bowl, combine 300g of flour and a pinch of salt. Pour in the yeast mixture and use a spatula to start mixing the dough.
4. **Knead the Dough:** Once the mixture starts to come together, work it with your hands until you have a dough that is smooth and can stretch.
5. **Incorporate the Butter:** Add 40g of softened butter to the dough and continue to knead until the butter is completely incorporated.

### Step 3: Let the Dough Rise
6. **First Rise:** Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a greased bowl. Cover with plastic wrap or a kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

### Step 4: Shape the Dough
7. **Divide and Shape:** After the dough has risen, divide it into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.
8. **Second Rise:** Place the dough balls on a baking sheet, cover with a towel, and let them rest for 30 minutes.

### Step 5: Prepare for Frying
9. **Flatten and Roll:** After the second rise, gently flatten each dough ball a bit and then roll it back into a ball. Cover and let sit for another 30 minutes.

### Step 6: Fry the Dough Balls
10. **Heat the Oil:** In a deep skillet or pot, heat oil over medium-low heat.
11. **Fry the Balls:** Fry each dough ball for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Ensure the oil is not too hot to avoid burning the outside while leaving the inside undercooked.

### Step 7: Assemble the Strawberry Bombs
12. **Cool and Cut:** Let the fried dough balls cool for a few minutes. Then, carefully cut each one in half like a burger bun.
13. **Fill with Cream and Strawberries:** Fill one half with whipped cream and chopped strawberries. Place the other half on top.
14. **Decorate:** Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top for a beautiful finish.

### Step 8: Serve and Enjoy
15. **Serve:** Your Strawberry Bombs are now ready to be enjoyed! They’re perfect for a party, dessert, or just a sweet treat for yourself.
