**Ingredients:**

– 1 tsp of salt
– 1 tsp of spices
– 1/2 tsp of pepper
– Cumin
– Ginger
– 50 ml of olive oil
– Tomatoes
– Olives
– Salad
– Corn
**Directions:**
**1. Activate Yeast:**
– Dissolve yeast into a little bit of water.
**2. Mix Dough:**
– In a mixing bowl, add dissolved yeast, sugar, oil, milk powder, semolina flour, and flour.
– Knead until a smooth dough forms.
**3. Add Salt and Water:**
– Stir in salt and water gradually, a little bit at a time, until fully incorporated.
**4. Let Dough Rise:**
– Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise for 40-60 minutes, until doubled in size.
**5. Prepare Stuffing:**
– Dice the chicken breast and season with salt, pepper, spices, cumin, ginger, olive oil, and minced garlic.
**6. Roll and Cut Dough:**
– After the dough has risen, flatten it with a rolling pin and cut it into disks.
**7. Cook Dough:**
– Cook the dough disks in a hot pan, turning them until golden on both sides. Let cool.

– Meanwhile, cook the seasoned chicken in a hot pan without adding fats until fully cooked.
