Ingredients:
- 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, onions, and diced tomatoes.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the white vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumber, onion, and tomato mixture, and toss gently to coat all the vegetables evenly.
