Ingredients:
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic to the butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.

2. Stir in the lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

3. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper according to your preference. Keep in mind that seafood boils typically have a salty flavor due to the natural saltiness of the seafood, so go easy on the salt.

4. Once the sauce is seasoned to your liking, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly before serving.

5. When you’re ready to serve your seafood boil, drizzle the Garlicky Seafood Boil Sauce over the cooked seafood or use it as a dipping sauce on the side.

6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color and added freshness, if desired.

7. Enjoy your delicious Garlicky Seafood Boil with Butter sauce! It’s perfect for dipping crab legs, shrimp, lobster, and more.
