Ingredients:
– 2 sirloin steaks, about 1-inch thick
– Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
– 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped
– 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
– 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:
1. Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to ensure even cooking.
2. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Season the steaks generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper on both sides.
3. Drizzle the olive oil over the steaks and rub it in to coat evenly.
4. Place the steaks on the preheated grill or grill pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if desired. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness (135°F for medium-rare, 145°F for medium).
5. While the steaks are cooking, prepare the garlic herb butter. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, and red pepper flakes if using. Mix until well combined.
6. Once the steaks are cooked to your liking, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
7. Serve the steaks hot, topped with a generous dollop of garlic herb butter. Allow the butter to melt slightly over the steaks before serving.

Enjoy your Garlic Herb Butter Steak!
