Fried Donuts: A Recipe for Delicious, Soft and Easy to Prepare

Ingredients:
Lievito:
100 ml latte
7 g fresh milk
160 g 00 flour
Impasto:
400 grams flour
70 grams zucchini
16 g zucchini vanigliato
1 cup salt
6 tuorli d’uovo
25 ml rum
150 ml fresh latte
80 g donkey fuso

Preparation:east: dissolve yeast in warm milk, then add flour.
Knead into a smooth dough and leave for 30 minutes at 25°C.
Dough: mix flour with sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg yolks, rum, milk and yeast.
Mix everything together and finally add melted butter.
Knead into a smooth dough and leave for 30 minutes at 25°C.
Then form donuts and leave for another 30 minutes at 25°C.
7. Fry in boiling oil and sprinkle with sugar.
