Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas

- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional toppings: maple syrup, fresh berries, sliced bananas, chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Prep Rally:
- Start by peeling those ripe bananas and mashing them up in a bowl. Mash them until they’re nice and smooth. This is where the magic begins!
- Mixing Madness:
- Crack those eggs into the bowl with the mashed bananas. Add in the baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract. Time to whisk it all together until it’s a smooth and creamy batter. Get those muscles working!
- Heat Up the Griddle:
- Now, let’s get the party started! Heat up a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. You want it to be nice and hot, but not smoking.
- Pancake Perfection:

- Cook the pancakes on the other side until they’re golden brown and cooked through. This usually takes about 1-2 minutes. You’ll know they’re ready when they’re firm to the touch and oh-so-fluffy!
