Cilantro Lime Shrimp & Avocado Salad Recipe

#### Ingredients:
– 1 lb. precooked shrimp, chopped
– 1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
– 1-2 avocados, diced
– 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
– 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
– 3 limes, juiced
– Salt & pepper, to taste

#### Instructions:

1. **Prepare Shrimp:** If the shrimp is not already precooked, cook it according to package instructions. Once cooked, chop the shrimp into bite-sized pieces.

2. **Chop Ingredients:** Chop the tomatoes, avocado, red onion, and cilantro into desired sizes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

3. **Juice Limes:** Juice the limes to obtain fresh lime juice.

4. **Mix Ingredients:** Add the chopped shrimp to the mixing bowl with the vegetables. Pour the freshly squeezed lime juice over the mixture.

5. **Season:** Season the salad with salt and pepper according to taste preferences.

6. **Toss:** Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined, ensuring that the shrimp and vegetables are evenly coated with lime juice and seasoning.

7. **Chill (Optional):** If desired, refrigerate the salad for about 15-30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
