Chicken Bacon Ranch Roll-Ups

**Ingredients:**

– 6 slices of mozzarella cheese
– 1 1/2 cups cooked shredded or grilled chicken
– 1/4 cup cooked bacon (2-3 slices), crumbled
– 1 tablespoon low-carb ranch dressing
– 1 teaspoon finely sliced green onion

**Instructions:**

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

2. Lay out the mozzarella cheese slices on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are slightly overlapping to form a rectangle or square shape.

3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded or grilled chicken, crumbled bacon, low-carb ranch dressing, and finely sliced green onion. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the mozzarella cheese slices, leaving a small border around the edges.

5. Carefully roll up the mozzarella cheese slices with the chicken mixture inside, starting from one end and rolling tightly until you reach the other end.

6. Place the rolled-up chicken bacon ranch rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet.

7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the roll-ups are heated through.

8. Once cooked, remove the Chicken Bacon Ranch Roll-Ups from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

9. Optionally, you can garnish the roll-ups with additional sliced green onions or a drizzle of ranch dressing before serving.
