Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Ingredients:
– 3 large russet potatoes, sliced into wedges
– 4 tablespoons olive oil
– ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
– Salt, to taste
– Optional: minced garlic, parsley flakes, black pepper

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil to prevent sticking.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the potato wedges and olive oil. Toss until the wedges are evenly coated with oil.

3. Sprinkle salt over the potato wedges according to your taste preference. You can also add optional ingredients like minced garlic or black pepper for extra flavor.

4. Arrange the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are not overcrowded. This allows them to bake evenly and become crispy.
